- Commitment to promoting patient engagement and adherence to their treatment plans
- A passion for celebrating patient milestones and achievements upon completion of their plan of care
- Knowledge of rehabilitation products and ability to recommend suitable options for home exercise routines
- Proactive approach to professional growth, including meetings with your supervising PT to discuss accomplishments and challenges
- Enthusiasm for active participation in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills
- Strong desire to establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success
- Skill in implementing effective caseload management strategies to ensure professional and financial success

Required Competencies:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
